In keeping with our goal of staying at the forefront of race service technology, we have upgraded our grinding and edging capabilities by partnering with the Wintersteiger brand of machines. The new generation of machines delivers more precision, more consistency and better performance.

We are able to provided near endless combinations base grinds, sidewall and bevels for your individual needs.

Wintersteiger Mercury M

Designed specifically for race service, the Mercury is an automated stonegrinder for alpine skis with race specific functions like CNC driven stone dressing, better quality grinding in the tip and tail, precise bevel control, depth control and pressure control. The bottom line for you is better performing, faster skis. We use this machine for flattening, blanking and applying a finish grind, and for setting initial base bevel.

Wintersteiger Trimjet

The benefits of a machine sharpened side edge are winning over racers at all levels of alpine skiing because of its durability and extreme sharpness. The Trimjet has been a prime example of how first-class performance can be combined with high efficiency levels for years now leaving edges with a highly polished, uniform, burr-free side-edge finish which has improved durability than a traditional hand file finish.

Wintersteiger Wax Future

The Wax Future is a World Cup tested waxing machine for snowboards and alpine skis. After the wax has been applied, the Wax Future penetrates the wax deeper into the base due to the infrared radiation – for perfect gliding properties over a long distance. This puts the finishing touches on the base and completes our tuning process.
