MASTER BOOT FITTERS MAKE FEET HAPPY
WHAT AILS YOUR FEET
Perform better on the slopes than ever before, and enjoy your winter like never before after a visit with the Bootfitters at Bob Skinners!
We are the best in master boot fitting. We focus on footbeds and stance work. We balance your stance based on the three points of your feet. The base of your heel, 1st met head and your 5th met head. Once this is done we will balance your 1st to 5th met heads based on your range of motion.

The fit of a boot is of utmost importance if you want to be your best out on the slopes. From recreational to professional alpine racing, without the right fit you could experience leg and foot fatigue, less control under foot, and various pressure points Our knowledgeable and professional (most of the time) staff will help identify your skiing abilities, work within your budget, and get you fitted properly so you can have a full day on the slopes without needing to unbuckle on the lifts.
You should expect to spend some time here at the shop as you’ll most likely need to try several or more boots before finding the right one for you.

We carry top-of-the-line ski boots and cutting edge custom molding technology. By applying various heating and vacuum techniques, such as with the Fischer Vacuum Fit, we are able to give you an unparalleled ski boot fit. We are also able to mold certain liners, like Nordica’s Cork Liners, furthering your choices for a custom fit. If you walk in our shop with ski boots, you’ll feel like you’re walking out in athletic shoes. Well, maybe not quite, but when you’re cruising down the slopes you’ll be sure to have happy feet.

Sometimes, no matter the technology or materials, we need to truly sculpt the boot to your foot. In our Ski Boot Lab, we remove any chance of pressure points you may experience by removing materials by hand from within the shell of the boot. This is the most custom fit we can provide and are able to service any brand of ski boot.

We also need to know your flexibility. We will go thru a series of tests to determine your flexibility. Once this is done then we will balance you on our equipment and ask you a series of questions on how you are feeling. We will inform you on what you should be feeling and help you thru this process. You will be amazed on how well you will ski or ride after this boot fitting has been done!
